The article presents the results of a randomized controlled trial on the effectiveness of a combination of different methods for the primary prevention of atopic dermatitis in children at risk for allergic diseases. The obtained data confirm the decrease in the risk of development of AD in infants with family history of atopy after combination of early use of emollients and symbiotic, and also give grounds for carrying out more extensive studies with the prospect of subsequent introduction of the approach under study into broad clinical practice.
