The issues of differential diagnosis of infectious and vaccine-induced allergies by the Mantoux test with 2TE in children with atopic diseases continue to be relevant. The article presents the results of a survey of 111 children under 7 years of age, directed to the phthisiatrician on the results of screening the Mantoux test 2TE with infectious nature of the sample. Two groups were formed to study the peculiarities of tuberculosis infection in atopic dermatitis. The first group included 43 patients with atopic dermatitis, the second group – 68 children without allergic diseases. Comparative analysis of immunodiagnostic samples with Mantoux test 2TE and Diaskintest were performed, risk factors for tuberculosis were examined. There was no significant difference in age in the early period of primary tuberculosis infection, gender, epidemiological, social risk factors. The most significant in both groups were social – 30.2% and 32.3% respectively. Children with atopic dermatitis were more likely to have ineffective BCG vaccination in 27.9%.According to the results of immunodiagnostics, in children with atopic dermatitis there is a lower sensitivity to tuberculin Mantoux test with 2TE (5.2±3.2 mm) compared with children without allergic diseases (13.4±2.5 mm). All children with atopic dermatitis had negative Diaskintes; children without allergic diseases had positive tests in 20.6% of cases.
