Experts of Allergology and Immunology in Pediatry maganize review all the submissions with the relevant subjects in order to conduct an expert appraisal.
All the publisher’s readers are acknowledged experts on the subjects of the reviewed submissions.
Reviewing is confidential.
Author of the reviewed submission shall be provided with an opportunity to get acquainted with the text of the reader’s report.
Reader may recommend either to publish the article, to publish it after adaptation considering the comments, or recommend not to publish the article.
If the reader recommends to publish the article after approval of the editorial staff the submission shall be accepted for printing and the author shall be notified thereof.
If the reader recommends to publish the article after adaptation considering the comments or if he/she recommends not to publish the article his/her report shall include particular reasons of making such a decision.
If the reader recommends to publish the article after adaptation considering the comments the submission accompanied by the reader’s report shall be returned to the author for adaptation. After adaptation the author shall resubmit the article specifying that the reader’s comments are resolved. If the author disagrees with the reader’s comments he/she shall give reasons for such an opinion. After adaptation the article shall be re-brought for reviewing (if necessary) and for approval of the editorial staff.
All the issues concerning changes in the original text (except for technical correction) shall be only resolved after consultation with the authors.
If the reader recommends not to publish the article a reasoned refusal shall be sent to the author. If the author disagrees with the reader’s opinion the article shall be brought to another reader. If such another reader recommends not to publish the article as well after consultation with the editorial staff the author shall receive a final refusal of publishing the said submission.
Readers’ reports shall be kept at the publishing office for 5 years.
Upon the relevant request the editorial staff shall send copies of the readers’ reports to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Short messages, letters to the editor, reviews, and discussion materials etc. shall be only subject to primary review by the editorial staff in accordance with research areas of the magazine and shall not be sent for external review.
