This review article describes methods for diagnosing allergies, atopic diseases and drug intolerance, which can be used in ambulatory practice, such as skin prick tests, intradermal tests, patch tests, total IgE, eosinophilia and eosinophil cationic protein, tryptase, specific IgE, molecular allergodiagnostics, basophil activation test. As the representation of diagnostic methods, which are not recommended for use.
